💡 Our Free plan is available forever at no cost. This refund policy applies only to paid Pro plan subscriptions.
1. Our Commitment
We stand behind LinkGuard and want you to be completely satisfied with your Pro subscription. If you're not happy, we want to make it right.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to LinkGuard Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
3. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge
- Only first-time Pro subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day guarantee
- Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds are not issued for partial months
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at admin@vkrsi.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
7. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refunds apply. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.
